Through New Eyes

Nothing brings a smile to a face as readily as a new baby. Sebastian Nilay arrived to remind us once again of the wonder of life -- up close and personal. Of the love, the joy, the tenderness we hold in our hearts that sometimes life will cover over with dust. And suddenly everything is washed clean again. I watch in fascination the perfection of nature, his mother gently settling down being mom, the most tenderly loving side of dad on display, and every visitor basking in the beauty, the promise, the future dream......... makes me want to take a deep breath and soak life in.

Peace in the Heart

September 21 has been declared International Peace Day.
