Words

Throat Chakra - Words Have Meaning

The other day I heard someone say “Words are spells”. Metaphysically speaking we cast spells with our words – both benevolent and maleficent.  We hold amazing power in our throat center (Visuddhi Chakra). Harnessing this can significantly alter our life experience.

Recently, I had an exchange on this with my young entrepreneur client navigating a particularly challenging phase at work. This is how it went.

Client: I have a question. You invited me to not use the word overwhelm. There are moments I start panicking and feel a little breathless. I confirmed an important contract today and have been feeling like that ever since. I noticed just saying that I am feeling overwhelmed helps me acknowledge these overpowering sensations. What’s another way I can do this authentically for myself? I feel a little unsure on how to approach it.

Me: I agree the words may help you process, but they also keep you stuck to the old paradigm. By all means recognize how you feel, but don't name it. Thinks thoughts like 'I notice what is going on within me. I can feel it. It is not comfortable, I need to take a few deep breaths. I am looking for the cool confident me amidst all this, it is hiding here someplace, need reassurance that it is safe ..... and so on'. It will feel as if the greater Self is taking over, one that is not so critically identified with the fears. Helps your energy shift.

The danger of using words like 'overwhelm', 'panic', 'confusion' etc. is that they will quickly plug your energy back into the collective mind’s fears and create a back and forth flow. It's all very well when we are looking for safety in being a part of the herd. It does little to help explore your own strength, originality and creativity. That is path back to Self. It has to start within. Every little tool helps.

For a more personalized closer look at this, you can join us at the Realms of Creation.

Scary!!! Is it?

This word is showing up more and more when I visit with friends and family, by and large well informed, well-meaning folks. As we talk about the goings on in the world, in the country, in the community, someone says – Scary, isn’t it?

So many otherwise smart, savvy, resourceful individuals, are coming face to face with the outer periphery of their confidence. The future they are looking at -- the one they are equipped to imagine, envisage and predict - is downright scary.

This is a great opportunity.

We are fearful when we feel powerless. When we believe an outside force can overpower us and strip us of what we hold dear, we are scared. Yet it still is only in the realm of a possibility. And it is standing on the strength of our belief.

Yes, it may look plausible, even likely. Yes, such dynamics may have played out in history with the outcome we are fearful of.  Yet, this precisely is the occasion when we need to remember our power to create, to choose, to change. This is exactly the time to recall that the energy vibrations we put out with our thoughts, words and emotions create outcomes in the 3D.  This is the moment when our spirit is calling us to well informed conscious thought and action.

We get to consciously refuse to engage with our fears and spread the poison. We get to look deeper within for the courage and wisdom our minds have accumulated. We get to remember those who had the audacity to stand up to oppressors and foster change. That daring resides in all of us who love life. It can be called forth through our faith – our faith in humanity, our faith in our evolution, and our faith in ourselves arising out of our innate connection to Supreme Source.

One other very important thing to remember -- fear is a great tool in the hands of the oppressor. Throughout history generating fear has been used to enslave, exploit, dominate and even expunge people. It is time we refuse to participate in the game – on either side, as perpetrator or as victim. We will hold on to our truth coming from our spiritual connection, build bold, clear, inviolable boundaries and remind others to quit the field of fear. We start by withdrawing attention from that which is ‘scary’ to placing it on that which evokes ‘gratitude’.  And ‘appreciation’. That is what we talk about, and feel and broadcast. And watch the world transform.

How do I get out of this space and on to one that I choose?

Powerful Man
Recently I had the opportunity to work with a young man who felt that he was stuck in a space that was oppressive, demanding,  unrelenting, life draining and repetitious. He was in debt. After abandoning a couple of unsuccessful projects, he was stuck in a job he did not like. A court case threatened his living arrangement. He had tried everything he knew to break out of his situation. Every action seemed lead him right back to square one. So now he wondered if there was a spiritual solution to his problem. His question was 'What can I do to get out and stay out of this pattern?' 'Tell me a course of action that I may help myself'. 'What is the spiritual lesson here?'

This, I find, is a fairly common theme. I have put together here very briefly the steps that I have found useful for myself as well as for my clients. Perhaps it will give you some ideas too.

1. The first step is to acknowledge that this situation is not an accident. It has been created over a period of time through the choices made by us. What appeared to be the right choice at the time did not deliver as the mind had imagined. Acknowledge you have the power to change this through different choices.

2. Take a decision -- clearly, strongly, unequivocally to change the situation. The power of intention is one of the most potent forces in the co-creative partnership between the universe and ourselves. Once we have decided, the train of life has started moving out of the current station towards where we wish to go.

3. Connect with the greater reality that is made of vibrations. Accept that there is bigger picture unfolding. There is an energetic reality beyond the five senses and three dimensions that meets the eye. This affects everything in our lives and is affected by everything. The more we learn to work with this reality, the greater control we can exercise in our lives. Educate yourself as to how the world of human energy field works.

4. Learn how your thoughts matter. Thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and judgments affect our vibrations and have the capability take us towards our goal or away from it. Every thought matters. Every word we utter matters. Every belief we hold will either raise our vibration or lower it. Learn to replace old thoughts with new ones that support your goal.

5. Refuse to harp on the past. By all means learn from the past, but steadfastly refuse to blame, shame, regret, feel guilty, malign, explain, rationalize or even recount, relate or discuss past events that did not work. This is about everyone in your life but most importantly about yourself. Take credit for choices you made in the past was with the conviction that that was your best option then. You are wiser now. There is another opportunity to choose.

6. Align your energy to your goal. Invest in getting clarity about your goal. It is not enough to say I am going away from this terrible place. More importantly, do you know where you are going? What will life look like there? What will it feel like? What will you do? With whom? What will you say and hear? Imagine. The more clearly you can imagine that future, the closer that reality comes to you.

7. Learn to manage your emotions. Emotions give life to your new reality. Thoughts and imaginations are the building blocks. Emotions is what holds the new reality together and gives it life. Emotions of gratitude, appreciation, love, joy, positive expectations lift up your vision to that space where it starts to manifest. Those of doubt, fear, pessimism, unworthiness are sure to take your dream off its course.

8. Know that you have the power. Simply by setting your pure and clear intention, you have invoked the power of the universe to deliver your goal to you. All you have to do is to any identify blocks that may be there to receiving and layer by layer remove them.

9. Remain aligned to the greater part of you. Your higher self will support you on your journey. Never think of yourself as alone. Your ego would like you to believe that you have to accomplish all this with great hardship and effort. That belief is passe. If it needs too much effort, it only means that you are not connected to the higher source of creation. Stay aligned. Learn to trust the process and allow.

10. Learn simple energy tools that help shift deeply embedded energy in various layers of the psyche and the conscious, subconscious and unconscious minds. There are many out there --   meditative and other energy therapies, body-mind-soul work, journaling, working with sound, movement...... the possibilities are endless. It is easier to do this with a coach or a mentor to show the way forward and keep you on track when old habits tend to pull you back into old though patterns.

The spiritual lesson always is to remain empowered through the connection of our higher intelligence. As the wise ones say 'If Spirit has brought you to it, Spirit will see you through it'. Trust it is so. Enjoy the process.

Conscious Creation: How to Hold Energetic Space

Before anything actually happens on a physical dimension in our 3D reality, it must necessarily exist in our energetic vibrational field. This is now becoming amply apparent to us. So, when we take charge of our circumstances and wish to alter some aspect, we must learn to consciously create and hold the energy within which such a reality may manifest. This requires disengagement from the collective mind and deep seated subconscious programs. It is a rigorous process. But once we get the hang of it, it really works and works fast.

Check out the forthcoming workshop at  http://www.visionwholistic.net/classes%20and%20workshops.asp#CC

Much fun is to be had.

What are you thinking? And how is it working for you?

For several years now, we have been hearing that we create our own reality, and we create it with our attention, our thoughts and beliefs, and our intentions. We have busied ourselves with vision boards, attending courses and workshops on the Law of Attraction, and we can pretty much quote examples from the Abraham-Hicks publications on any occasion.

All this is good. Very good. Yet I find, while we may project visions of the future, most folks tend to trip up when it come to working with prevailing patterns -- existing relationships, present jobs, conclusions already concluded, self image .... and a host of other 'given' stuff. It is as if when we have determined  something as 'given', we now have to give it power to continue its hold over us, and as if we no longer have the creative facility to alter that.

Jean and Jack's Story

Let me give you an example. Jean was totally stressed over her grandson Jack. She described Jack as mean, loud, undisciplined, bullying and requiring perpetual attention whenever he was with his other little cousins. Jack's mother allowed this and did not take the responsibility to discipline him...... and so forth. Then she told me that this child was her son's stepson and was only three and a half years old.

Wham!!! I almost fell off my chair. Why was this sixty some year old lady stressing herself out of shape on account of this one little tyke?  What needed to change? Could it be her beliefs, her perceptions, her judgments, her complete inability to accept this boy and his mother as part of her family? I explained to Jean that the boy was sensing the energy of strong judgment and rejection the moment he stepped near her and got busy responding to it. That if Jean wished for a different response, she had to learn to put out a different vibration with her thoughts and feelings to invite it.

'Let's change the narrative that you have created around Jack', I invited. That is where we began. Jean and I worked over the next several weeks while she reprogrammed her beliefs, her story. Jack transformed in her mind from the horrible little terror to a child so deprived of attention and love that he would do do anything to get it. He needed caring, and careful attention -- neither indulgence, nor rejection -- the two he was most familiar with. So Jean decided it was possible for her to change her own attitude towards Jack.

It would be a lie if I told you that it was easy. The mind (read 'ego') loves to hold on to the stories it has  authored. That is its default paradigm. No, it required Jean's constant alertness. It required that Jean recognize her own fears and learn to set them aside, that she learn to call upon the love in her heart in the face of the greatest odds. Jean prayed, meditated, used EFT and other resources to get her mind to cooperate with her new resolve. Fortunately for her, Jack being the sensitive child he was, immediately started to sense the difference. A little confused at first, he slowly quietened and then gradually changed certainly while with his adoptive grandmother.

This is not an isolated incident. I have seen tables completely turn around when people take charge of the energy they are projecting through their thoughts and beliefs. Relationships can change radically.

My own story.

In spite of teaching these principles in my mentoring program, I have to admit I fall from time to time. Like the time I was getting mad that a person who owed me money had been slacking and was way behind schedule. So I defaulted into my old patterns -- scarcity mindset, feeling dishonored, my work not valued. I allowed myself to at first be irritated and then downright angry.

Mind you all this toxic thought process can really drain your own energy and take a toll on you. So one morning I had to ask myself the question "What am I thinking? And how was it working for me?" Not good I thought. I had to change my mind. If I wanted things to be different, I had to get over this victim mindset -- 'It is all her stupid fault and I can't do anything except rave and rant'-- to something a little more wholesome.

I had a choice. I call this choosing our terms of engagement -- how do I wish to engage with this situation?  Step one, get out of victim mode and accept your own role in the drama. Done. Step two: Accept things as they are and remove all judgement. That needed a little work --- 'who knows, may be she is going through a tough time, maybe she was laid off, she has every intention paying me but is otherwise busy (my mind's great need to rationalize)'. Eventually, I was able to accept.

I could have left it at that, but chose to go a step further, because I knew I could. I decided I was going to send her love and light in ways that I know to do, so that she may be lifted out of her funk and be able to honor herself and keep the promises she made. And that is what I did. Reclaimed not only my own power, but my ability to shift the energy. With the practice of Ho'oponopono that energy shifted and shifted swiftly. Within the day, my pending bill of multiple weeks was paid.

Trust me, this energy stuff is miraculous. Learn it. Practice it and watch your life become even richer. It's just that sometimes we have to work with energy beyond the mind in order to get the mind to change. Well worth it.

Why I Invited Johnny Dolittle into My Life or Conscious Creation.

(This piece has appeared before. It is still a good one to revisit).
What if I really took complete responsibility and accepted that I am the chief architect in creating and holding in place everything that is going on in my life, good, bad or indifferent? What if I truly begin to believe that the state of my consciousness is the most powerful influence to change that? What if I also acknowledged that there are stuff (people, situations, conditions) in my life that fall in categories ranging from ‘oh-I-don’t-really-care-for-that’ going all the way down to ‘I-hate-that’ and ‘that-must-be-squashed-killed-driven-out-banished-from-my-life’? What if I took to heart that I purposely put those things there, so I could evolve on a fast track?
Would my life look different? Feel different? Something to ponder upon, really. I did.
I noticed that Johnny Doolittle with whom I have been really mad for what feels like a century, because he is sooooo negative, downright lazy and will of course never ever change, is now winking at me with the question dancing in the air ‘have you ever been lazy and negative? And have you forgiven yourself for it?’
And that job that I reluctantly drag myself to every Monday morning (gotta pay my bills, you know), the one that suffocates me with the deadlines, timelines, reviews and my monster boss breathing down my neck? Why did I put that there? My inner guide descends from some esoteric realm, stands leaning on the doorpost, cool as a cucumber and says, “Good question, kid. At last you are learning to ask the right ones. Now just wait for the answer.”
The answers are bitter pills to begin with. I never trusted my creative expression. Not for a moment did I let myself believe what I really love doing can and will pay my bills. I let someone else take the risk and the responsibility. I was willing to tag along, toe the line. Everyone needs a job, that’s what people do and so did I and worked hard for others. Become a slave to someone else’s creative organization. And now my spirit is suffocatiing and pleading me to get out. Deep breath.
That I am still here must mean I have yet to prepare myself to take that responsibility. My spirit is standing by, reminding me everyday that’s what I must do…….. that’s what I must do. Meanwhile I am so grateful to the folks I work for that they take the risk, they create a place where I can come and give my hours in exchange of my rent and other bills. One of these days, I have promised myself, I will be working at a place that I enjoy. I am getting ready.
And what about this relationship? What about this partner of mine who was going to make me happy on all counts, support and love me forever? Why do we keep getting into these unpleasant entanglements? Why am I still here? Why do I hang on to him, and he to me? It’s old habit, you say? No?
Old habit, may be, but when did I lose sight of love. I made him such a part of me that now I take him for granted every moment, as I do my hands and feet. My eyes and teeth. When he shovels the snow, paints the basement, replaces the window, fixes the furnace ….. oh of course he is supposed to do that, isn’t he the guy? But why won’t he also do all this other stuff which really I would like to do but don’t have the guts, the conviction or the wherewithal to go and do by myself? Like learning to dance…….. I’d leave in a heartbeat but for the fact thet he pays half the mortgage and I don’t make that much money.
The truth I am trying to accept here is that I am solely responsible for creating this too. Aaaaargh!!!
And how would I change it if I lose sight of love? Isn't that the juice? My inner guide is still leaning on doorpost snickering away, “You are getting it, kid, don’t stop now!!”
Hmmm. Through the eyes of love again then, I guess, it is time to see it all through the eyes of love. Nothing and no one can be take for granted any more. Not their job to make me feel better. No one else is responsible. So thank you, and you and you and you. Thank you today for who you are, what you do and what you add to my life.
Thank you also for what feels like you are taking away without equally returning the favor. Thanks for the reminder. That I am still here must only mean I am utterly blind to the compensation, because I have so taken it for granted. Energies must necessarily be in some degree of balance in order to let the situation exist.
Whew!!! The head spins. Awareness is the first step to making changes. I am. I will. It is set in motion. It is my life and I am the creator.

Ah The World is Changing Fast

Ah, The World is Changing Fast
Remember the famous song Cat Stevens sang in the 70s. In the song the words that follow are 'Ah this world will never last, I don't want to lose it...... here in my time'. Well forty years later, we are still here.
Now this is the question. Amid all that which is going on in the world .... changing weather patterns, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, mudslides, tornadoes, bush fires, sink holes on the one hand, and GMOs, chemtrails, flouridated water, dead bees, vaccinations, bomb blasts, wikileaks, Bradley Manning on the other.... where exactly are you holding your vibration?
Are you being cynical? Are you echoing Cat Steven's lament, feeling like there are folks out there who are powerful and irresponsible and greedy, and we are victims of this treachery with little power to change it?
Or, are you filled with hope and delight at the opportunity for change? Are you tuned into the laws of energetic reality uncovering new possibilities each day? Do you know that thoughts and emotions have the power to create? That positive anticipation and expectations are manifold more powerful than fears and anxieties and condemnations. That whatever we hold in our vibrations sooner or later shows up in our reality? That we can dissolve the mass consciousness of fear and calamity by steadfastly holding on to our vision of a beautiful world in the future and by releasing our judgement completely? That meditation has tremendous power to magnify our thoughts and desires? That action that follows meditation has far greater effectiveness?

Not a single thought, nor a wisp of a feeling goes unspent in this vast universe. It will create. It has to create. That is the law. So where are you spending your life force energy? In which direction are you pressing your shoulders to the wheel?

Abundance Prayer from World Puja

I dwell in the midst of infinite abundance.
The abundance of God is my infinite source.
The river of life flows through me into lavish expression.
God comes to me through unexpected avenues
and works in a myriad of ways to bless me.
I now open my heart and my mind to receive my good.

Nothing is too good to have happen.
Nothing is too wonderful to have happen.
With God as my source, nothing amazes me.

I give freely to life and life gives back to me with
fabulous increase.
I am indeed grateful.

And so it is.

The Seven Primary Fears

As I look around I see more and more people stressed, fearful and overwhelmed. The world appears to be spinning faster, and as it does our fears are churning up and rising to the top, to be released no doubt.

Some years ago my dear friend and mentor, Dorothy Cunningham, gave me a lesson on the seven primary fears. Let me share those with you briefly.

The fear of abandonment

This is a primal fear that each one of us holds by virtue of our birth as human beings. It is a reminder of our separation from the source and from the womb. This is not an individual or exclusive fear.  It plays out in our lives over and over again as fear of rejection.

Fear of lack

Resources are necessary for survival. Fear of lack arises out of a mindset that believes that resources are finite. It is based on our memory of physical evolution in which survival depended on control over physical resources. It stems from the ignorance of the fact that the universe is an infinite and all abundant source. This fear plays out in our mentality to hoard and to cling on to things or relationships that have served their purpose in our lives.

Fear of humiliation

This fear is rooted in our lack of self worth - the inability to see value in ourselves. It is the fear of criticism or making a fool of ourselves, because our sense of worth is so dependent on approval and recognition by others. It plays out strongly in our constant need to conform and be socially accepted.

Fear of pain and illness

Pain and illnesses are signals that call to us to change the way we conduct our lives. Till such time we are able to accept this view, we will continue to see pain and illness as random external events on which we have little control.

Fear of aging

Fear of aging is rooted in our judgment that youth is somehow more desirable and superior to age. It is our inability to perceive the richness of age.

Fear of failure

There is no such thing as the fear of failure. It is our fear of success. Successful people have historically been persecuted, ostracized, envied, robbed or murdered. Our collective psyche recognizes success as an unsafe experience. So we camouflage it as fear of failure. And by dwelling on failure we sabotage our chances of success, and actually fail.

Fear of death

Fear of death is really the fear of change. We resist change because there is greater comfort in the known past than to venture into the unknown future. The journey to spirit is a journey into the unknown. Resisting change kills our spirit. The more we fear death, the closer we draw it to us by denying life.

These are our mind's conditioning and interpretation. Once we allow the mind to get a new perspective, our fears slowly melt away and peace returns.

(Note: Over the last few years over 300 individuals have participated Malabika's Mentorship Program to work through their fears and feel empowered. )

Good Wishes Galore

This morning I was talking to a lady who was telling me about her exciting journey into spirituality and how her life is beginning to change as she learns to apply the spiritual principles and practices. Then she follows it up with ‘I wish more people were doing this. Life in the world then would be so much better.’

Back in ’05, I remember, a group of us were studying ‘A Course in Miracles’. After a particularly illuminating lesson one day, one of the participants threw up his hands in the air and asked incredulously, “why are there only 14 of us here? I wish there were 1400”.

And just now I read my friend Tom’s FB post starting up with “I wish more humans would understand……..”.

This is the wonderful nature of the human being. We are constantly searching for something better and as we discover something we deeply resonate with, we promptly want the entire world to share it, to buy into it, to start living by it. The fellows who have learned to make more money in a simpler way, can hardly wait to show us how. From cleaning houses to teaching children to finding spiritual solace, we are so eager to spread it out and wish others would absorb and embrace what we have just discovered. Have you noticed? Isn’t it wonderful?

And they will. This is the way of evolution. We learn, we wish, we teach, we plant seeds, we carry on. The more we wish the more it comes true. The stronger our desire the sooner it happens.

It is sure to happen. Just don’t hold your breath as to when and how. And release all attachments to what it ‘should’ look like. You have set forth a desire. The universe must honor it divinely timed.

So keep wishing folks. Good wishes galore.

Planting the Seeds of Change

Each of us is living with something in our lives that we would rather change. Isn't it? For some it is a short term thing -- like a nervousness around a meeting or an exam. And some want a longer term thing -- like an improved relationship, or a new job, or relief from a chronic body pain.

Whatever it may be, one of the biggest impediment to change is our inability to imagine what it would be like after the change. We remain far too focused on what we 'don't' want. But we need that imagination accompanied by the feelings to bring about that change.

This meditation helps plant the seed for that which we do want and applies certain principles from yoga and the Law of Attraction to bring it forward.

This Meditation for Busy People is the offering for February 2011. Enjoy.

Breanne's Questions

" How do spiritually advanced people respond to horrible things happening in the world, such as the oil spill in the Gulf, extremism, global warming? I will tell you that the way that I respond is to try and avoid hearing about such things because I always think doomsday thoughts and get sad and anxious about bad things happening."

Thank you, Breanne, for articulating a question that is in so many people's minds. Your response is perfect. When there are things going on around us that bring us down it is best to remove your attention from them. That does not amount to denying what is going on, but it is acknowledging that these problems are outside my ability to resolve and dwelling on them merely dissipates my energy. So why do that? Good strategy to protect yourself. Don't let any guilt creep in. The next step is in answer to your next question.

"I hear about how 2012 is supposedly when the human race will become more spiritually advanced and will enter a new era of peace and harmony, stuff like that. I don't see how that's possible when so many things happening in the world right now indicate that we are nowhere near becoming more spiritually advanced."

Actually there is a lot of good going on in the world, quietly, unobtrusively and in a distributed fashion all over the globe. Someone asked the Dalai Lama recently if we as a human race are doomed. His answer was quite to the contrary. He said there is more understanding, more goodwill, more capability now in the world than ever before. Unfortunately good news doesn't sell and so it does not make the news. Bad news is sensational. The Dalai Lama urged the journalists and the reporters to focus on the good news instead.

They may or may not do so. But we can in our immediate circles. If we learn to do that then that expands. It is a law. Wherever we place our attention, energy and focus, we help grow.

2012 will be what it will be, we need not be overly concerned. We just have each to decide for ourselves where we will place our own attention, energy and focus -- on the bad that is out of our circle of influence or the little drops of good that is very much a part of our everyday life and feel grateful about that.

It is really our choice. As Mike Dooley says "Thoughts become things, choose the good ones".

More on abundance and how to get it.

A friend of mine sent me this article purporting to be from Arina's Self Help Blog. I could not locate the article among her blog posts. So I am going to express my gratitude to the creator of this work and let you share in the joy of creating abundance.

Download the article from this link.

Real Abundance.

The Abundant Universe

Our physical three dimensional five sensory world has gotten us so bogged down with the idea of scarcity, of finite matter and of survival, that it boggles our mind to think that the universe can actually be a place of infinite abundance.

Why wouldn't it be? Everything is energy before it turns to matter. And there is infinite energy.

INFINITE ABUNDANCE. Just say it and see how it feels.

INFINITE ABUNDANCE. Sound of sweet music. Allow it to play over and over again in your ears and resonate in your pulse. The gravity and the significance of the thought will gradually start to seep in. Then think about how such a concept would affect every level every aspect of your being.

Enjoy. Have fun. Be seeing you here again soon.

The Energy of Anger

While we get ready to give thanks for everything that is wonderful, India is struggling with barbaric terrorist attacks at many locations in its financial capital, Mumbai. Over a 100 innocent lives have been lost, many others are held hostage and the saga continues as I write this post. The end is not yet in sight.

What is this madness all about? Some have asked. Others on many social network have condemned the attackers in no uncertain terms. But you can tell there is a sense of impotency to be able to do anything that would change it.

Who but those who feel so utterly powerless and angry would resort to this? Who else would have such little regard to God's gift of life? Their own lives must be so joyless that they think nothing of sacrificing it while taking a few others along. So lost they are in their conviction that some wrong is being righted here by these means .

What would love do now?

It is a baffling question. Should I condemn the violence? That is one thing. Do I also condemn the people behind it? Will I not then be perpetueating their powerlessness? What about the people who lost their lives? Don't their families deserve some retribution?

I don't know. These are moral dilemmas not easy to answer. All I know is that in engaging with this madness, I give it more power. How can I disengage when the energy of anger comes at me so strongly? It is the answer that I too, among others, am seeking.

Ready to Receive?

The Law of Attraction has created such a buzz. Everyone is walking around visualizing. creating vision boards, thinking positive thoughts, staying in the right vibrations... the whole 9 yards. And then getting frustrated because the object of their desire is taking its own sweet time to show up. So where's the hitch?

If the Law of Attraction is such a profound law of the universe, how come it isn't working? This is the question.

Well, there seems to be a deeper and significant part to the law of attraction. Are we ready to receive what we desire? Or do we expect to be in the old track aswe were before. This is the part most folks are still grappling with.

Getting ready to receive requires an understanding of ones deeper psyche and what drives it. What are resistance sthat are in place that need to be overcome?

Are you ready to receive?
